Marshall Tramp, Professional Home Inspector at Top Notch Inspection Services

Marshall Tramp Professional Home Inspector
WA LIC# 21025280

Marshall spent decades in a family hospitality business, leading hotels that were awarded gold, platinum, or hotel of the year with strong teamwork skills. He earned a coveted CHA (Certified Hospitality Administrator), the highest honor in the industry. Marshall purchased his first fixer-up house months after graduating high school and has grown a small rental business with his brother outside of work. Hobbies include improving or restoring homes and their systems or components, tinkering with electronics, homebrew beer, new construction and building, and just about anything involving tools. Marshall and his wife have loved their time in Spokane, turning it into their true home. Both he and his wife serve on committees and boards dedicated to improving our region and representing small businesses. After Covid-19 decimated tourism and the family business consolidated outside of the Spokane area, he and his brother took a step to begin a new business as a family. Drawing from experience with side projects and hobbies, a career in home inspections was a natural fit. His skills of administering a business, collaborating within a team environment, communication efficiency, and report generation have transferred into a Top Notch home inspection team! Marshall and Travis look forward to working with you, whether you are purchasing a home, selling a home, wish to take advantage of your home warranty, or just want a list of items that could use improvement. Call or text to discuss your needs!
